Product information

CompactLees is a silicate suspension for traditional bottle fermentation champagne production. The silicates in the product
promote the rapid compaction of the yeast depot. Its safe dosage is made possible by the product's high degree of homogeneity.
The treatment goal is to optimize the shaking process of bottle-fermented champagnes, with rapid and complete sedimentation of the yeast. Thanks to
CompactLees, the yeast settles quickly, so sticking to the wall of the glass can be avoided (masking). Thanks to
CompactLees, several rotations can be carried out in one day, so that the yeast sediment can be shaken off in a much shorter time.
Permitted according to Commission Regulation 934/2019/EU. National regulations must be checked by the user. Tested for purity and
quality.
