Tannivin^®Amarena highlights the fruity notes potentially present in grapes and wines, stabilizes the redox potential of red wines, and removes unwanted marks caused by thiols and other sulfur compounds. It enlivens the fruity notes of red fruits in overripe wines, introducing fresh notes that rejuvenate the wines and make them easy to drink. It also makes higher alcohol content wines more palatable. Cherry, raspberry and red fruit notes tend to intensify.
