Product information

Tannivin® Grape is a top tannin developed from carefully selected French grapes. It is made using only healthy, fully ripe French
grapes. Gentle extraction processes ensure the efficient extraction of the high tannin content and the achievement of
adequate purity. Tannivin® Grape is a fine, reddish-brown, powdered product.
When choosing Erbslöh tannins, the main consideration is that the treated wines have a round, harmonious and velvety character. The
Erbslöh tannins emphasize the structure and fruity character of the wines, but at the same time emphasize the varietal character
without the tannins dominating.
Authorized according to Commission Regulation 934/2019/EU. National regulations must be checked by the user. Product tested for purity and
quality.
Tannins have been used in wine processing for many years. Tannivin® Grape provides the necessary precipitation potential of the wine during a subsequent
clarification with protein.
As a very positive "side effect", it also improves the structure and body of the wines. Tannivin® Grape also provides protection against oxidation
to a certain extent to wines, which is shown in the reduction of the need for sulphurization.
The use of Tannivin® Grape in red wines, among other things, improves color stability.
