Product information

Tannivin® Premium is a pure oak tannin with an extremely high branched tannin content. The gentle roasting and
extraction of oak wood results in uniquely soft and complex tannins. In the treated wine, coffee roasting aromas, caramel and cocoa
notes appear delicately, without an exaggerated woody character. Tannivin® Premium lends wines an extremely refined and long-lasting tannin structure. For this reason, we recommend Tannivin® Premium for large wines and long-aging batches. In the case of wines matured in a tank or
used barrel, Tannivin® Premium increases the reductive potential of the wine also in the case of white, rosé and red wines, thus preventing premature oxidation.
