Product information

Tannivin® Superb is oak tannin pretreated with a special process. This unique technology already removes
tanning and astringent ingredients during production. Tannivin® Superb is a fine, reddish-brown powder product.
When choosing Erbslöh tannins, the main consideration is that the treated wines have a round, harmonious and velvety character. The
Erbslöh tannins emphasize the structure and fruity character of the wines, while at the same time the varietal character comes to the fore without
the tannins dominating.
Authorized according to Commission Regulation 934/2019/EU. National regulations must be checked by the user. Product tested for purity and
quality.
Tannins have been traditionally used in wine treatment for years. During subsequent protein clarifications, it promotes
precipitation.
The wines - after the addition of Tannivin® Superb - display their body and
color significantly more structured and richer. The aftertaste and taste of the wines will be longer, without bringing the lingering, changing flavors into the wine.
