Seporit Pore-tec must remover 0.5 kg

Product features

The Seporit PORE-TEC must clarifier enables gentle protein pre-stabilization already in the must stage. This product removes must components that inhibit and interfere with fermentation in time, thus guaranteeing a clean-smelling fermentation.

Advantages of the new PORE-TEC technology

• Porous, sponge-like surface design: Enables a more intensive and selective binding of proteins and substances that interfere with fermentation.
• Easy to swell and suspend: Easy to handle and can be added directly to the must.
• Selected minerals: They enable gentle treatment and targeted must cleansing.

These properties guarantee that the must treated with Seporit PORE-TEC develops into a fresh wine with a flawless aroma. For better sedimentation and a cleaner smelling wine, it is worth combining with Erbslöh-Mostgelatine or OenoPur.

Dosage

According to the protein content depending on the vintage, it is recommended to add 100-200 g of Seporit PORE-TEC to 100 l of must. In case of unhealthy grapes, Granucol GE can be added to the must, based on the percentage of rot.

Application

It is important that the clarifying suspension is free of foreign odors. It can be added directly to the must or mixed with water and allowed to swell for 3-6 hours. It requires constant stirring during dosing and can be removed before or after fermentation.

Store

Seporit PORE-TEC is a highly active bentonite, so it must be protected from foreign odors and moisture. Opened packages must be carefully resealed, the user is responsible for improper storage.
