Filter sheet rover 16 20x20cm 25pcs/cs (004205)

Management

Use the filter sheets only in a sheet filter machine for efficient filtering. Carefully insert the depth filter sheet into the sheet filter, avoiding bumping, warping and crumbling. Do not use a damaged filter sheet, as this may affect the quality of the filtration.

One side of the filter sheets is rough for the liquid to be filtered, while the smooth surface faces the filtered liquid. When inserting, make sure that the filtrate side is always facing the filtrate sheet. Before the first filtration, wash the closed filter with 50 l/m² of water at 1.25 times the filtration rate, which usually takes 10-20 minutes depending on the type of filtration.

Check the filter at maximum operating pressure to avoid leaks. The filter plate is exhausted if the pressure difference between the entering and exiting liquid exceeds 1-1.5 bar, depending on the porosity and use. In some cases, it is possible to regenerate the pages.

Destruction

You can treat unused pages as paper waste. In the case of contaminated sheets, the official regulations for the filtrate must be taken into account.

Storage

Store the depth filter sheets in their original packaging, in a dry, well-ventilated place, free of foreign substances. The ready-to-use sheets must be used within 36 months after delivery.

Filtration depth

The filter sheets have a filtration depth of 0.9 μm, ensuring efficient and high-quality filtration.
