Pilver sealing machine Tecnomax TSM-2005 DUE semi-automatic, electric 230 volts

Product features:

• 1000 bottles/hour
• Electric power: 0.18 kW

Machine parts:

• Vertically adjustable bottle holder plate (for adjusting different bottle heights)
• Bottle centering orienting plate
• Machine stand
• Vertically moving rotating closing head
• 4-roller closing head, two of which carry out the marching and two of which carry out the edging. In the middle of the closing head is a so-called sealing stamp, which ensures that the sealing element inside the cap fulfills its sealing function by "cracking" the top of the cap.

The closing process takes place in three stages:

• In the first stage, the sealing head touches the bottle, the stamp in the sealing head presses the top of the cap (around (he snaps it) while pressing the sealing element in the cap onto the rim of the bottle. (The finished thread ensures that the sealing element cannot rise from the mouth of the cap, thereby fulfilling its function.
• In the third step, the edging rollers "bottom edge" the cap, creating a circumferential groove on the cap that ensures that the cap breaks at the perforated part when opened.

Attention!

Depending on the pressure of the drink in the bottle (carbonated or non-carbonated), we use a cap of different strength, with a sealing element of different strength-thickness. Obviously, a sparkling sparkling wine in which the pressure can reach 2-3 bars must be closed with a stronger sealing element. For this purpose, the manufacturer produces springs of different strengths for the machine, which are must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions.
