Szivattyú perisztaltikus Zambelli Zeta PE 16 - inverter

Peristaltic pumps carry out the gentlest movement of wine/must pumps.
Thanks to the connection to the hopper (optional), liquids of mash consistency, sediment, peeled grapes and other nutrients can be transferred.
The type or work ensures linear pumping, limited compression and complete absence of product heating.
The rubber hose is compressed by rotating aluminum cylinders mounted on bearings for minimal friction.
The rubber hose is factory-lubricated with food-grade lubricant and does not require periodic lubrication.
The machine is made entirely of stainless steel, including parts that do not directly contact the with pumped liquid.

Advantages and features:

• Variable speed frequency converter in every unit

• Speed can be adjusted from the control panel (standard)

• Long-range remote control available [forward/reverse, stop/start and speed]

• (optional) Self-priming up to 7 mt

• Depth Maximum training pressure 6 bar (on request up to 15 bar with vacuum system)

• Reversible flow The hose lubrication-free

• The food industry hose is lubricated during production and does not require periodic lubrication

• Rotating aluminum cylinders reduce friction and extend hose life

• The pressure -compensators on both inlet and outlet eliminate knocking

• Optional pressure switch

• Optional hopper for must/debris

• Stainless steel tank and auger. Motor with gearbox.

• It takes ~ 15 minutes to install/remove the hopper

• Optional vacuum for greater flow; especially useful for must

• Optional Dual Level Float control for the hopper

• Safety bumper in case of damage/breakage of rubber tube

• Easy cleaning of "C.I.P."

Continuous vacuum system:
The vacuum system increases the flow rate, which is especially useful when pumping must or pomace.
The must and the pumping speed of pomace can be increased by up to 40% with this option.
The vacuum also increases the preparation depth to 8 meters.
